PHOTO: Lt. Gov. Murray Visits Malden High, Announces New STEM Grants
Grants will provide $140,000 to local Science, Technology, Engineering and Math networks throughout the state.

Lt. Gov. Timothy Murray announced $140,000 in grants for the state's Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) programs during a meeting at the Malden High School library Tuesday.
Among the state’s seven Regional STEM Networks, the three awards supported by the state's STEM Pipeline Fund include $39,780 to the Pioneer Valley STEM Network, $57,037 to the Boston STEM Network, and $43,183 to the Northeast STEM Network.
