Police Make Several Assault Arrests in Malden

Here are arrests made by Malden Police between Oct. 23-27:

Oct. 27

11:54 p.m.: Police responded to Henry Street for a report of an assault and battery in progress. Kelvin Chisholm, of 26 Mall St., Lynn, was arrested. 
Oct. 26
2:34 a.m.: Police conducted a general investigation at Town Line Inn on Broadway Street. Gary Silva, of 42 Westcott St., Malden, was arrested and charged with indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or older.

4:29 p.m.: Police were called to Cedar Street for a report of an intoxicated person. Robert McCoy, of 118 Cedar St., Malden, was arrested.

Oct. 25

11:12 a.m.: Police made a vehicle stop in the area of E.E. Burns & Son, Inc. on Main Street. Christopher Pitts, of 28 Montrose St., Somerville, was arrested and charged with possession of a class B drug, marked lanes violation and speeding.

6:15 p.m.: Police responded to Wyeth Street on a mutual aid call. Verdieu Alexis, of 13 Wyeth St., Malden, was arrested and charged with assault and battery.

Oct. 23
11:21 a.m.: Police responded to Salem Street on a report of a domestic. Jeffrey Moretti, of 296 Cross St., Malden, was arrested and charged with witness intimidation and assault and battery.
11:38 a.m.: Police were called to Medford Street for a report of a disturbance. Pierre St. Juste, of 49 Medford St., Malden, was arrested and charged with indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or older.
