Rt. 1 Gravel Spill Closes Lane At Malden-Saugus Line
Crews are cleaning up gravel at Route 1 and Route 99.
MALDEN, MA — A gravel spill closed one lane on Route 1 at Route 99 Tuesday morning, according to State Police. The spill happened at the Malden-Saugus line.
The right lane is closed on the southbound side of Route 1. A "significant" cleanup is underway, State Police said.
