TRAFFIC ALERT: Dense Fog Advisory Extended For Malden

Drivers are urged to use caution if they are going to be out on the roads Monday night.

The National Weather Service extended its earlier dense fog advisory for most of Southern New England until midnight Tuesday.

Areas of fog developed on Monday afternoon. With this advisory, drivers should be aware visibilities will be one-quarter mile or less at times.

Dense fog will lead to the rapid reduction in visibility which can make driving dangerous.

Allow extra travel time and take it slow due to poor visibility and difficult driving conditions.
