Police Cross State Line for Arrest in Armed Robberies, Assaults
Police arrested Robert McFeeley, 25, of Woburn, in Derry, NH, where police said he was hiding from charges related to two knife attacks in the city last month.

A Woburn man faces several charges after police said he used a knife to commit two back-to-back attempted armed robberies last month.Â
Robert McFeeley, 25, of Woburn, faces two counts of armed assault to rob and one count each of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, as well as conspiracy to violate drug law after allegedly being involved in two confrontations in Malden on Saturday, May 25, one of which resulted in a stabbing.
McFeeley allegedly injured two people in the confrontation, which took place on Pine Street in Malden on May 25. Police said they believed the victims knew their attacker.

Not long after, McFeeley allegedly got out of a car on Pleasant Street and demanded a man give him a cell phone before the two started struggling, which resulted in the stabbing of the man.
Lt. Det. Marc Gatcomb described the investigation as "intense," with the Middlesex Sheriff's Apprehension Unit assisting in tracking McFeeley to a home in Derry, NH.Â

"He was hiding out there," Gatcomb said.Â
