A 1-bedroom condominium sold on Sept. 20 for $60,000, according to Zillow.com.
The unit is slightly less than 800 square-feet and was listed in late June for $73,000. The price was lowered in August to $65,700.
The condo was built in 1970 and last sold for $102,000 in April 2002.
