The house at 57 High St. in Milford, off West Street, sold recently for $100,000.
A 3-bedroom, 2-bath house on High Street sold in July for $100,000, far less than the initial asking price, after almost a year on the market.
The house, which dates to 1860, was initially listed at $165,000 in August 2012. It sold on July 10 at a 39 percent discount off asking price, according to the information published by Zillow.com.
The listing described the house as in need of some repairs, but with a fairly new roof and new windows.
