Bear Hill Village Brings 147 Single Family Units To Town

MILFORD, MA—Bear Hill Village is in the bag, and a reality for the town. Developers got the final approval at the most recent Planning Board Meeting to close public hearings on the community, which will include 147 single family residential units on 118.96 acres off Casey Drive and Beaver Street.

All issues were addressed with F&D Central Realty Corporation, with two action items to be added. Joseph Calagione motioned to close both hearings and approve.

The approval was granted with a number of conditions, including providing detail during construction, installing water lines, a new stop sign to be posted at the end of Casey Drive and Beaver Streets, no unit beyond 98 can be completed until Rosenfeld Park is updated and none of the units will have more than two bedrooms.

The decision from the Planning Board officially granting the special permit to F&D was given on Feb. 7.
