The house at 46 Harding St. featured four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a large, level yard. It had a fireplace in the family room, a large master bedroom with walk-in closets and many other amenities.

Built in 2001, it sold in May 2002, about a year later, for $399,900, according to the listing.
