Just One Bid For The Old Milford Middle School
One developer made a bid on the former middle school, and plans on making it a commercial building or senior living apartments.
MILFORD, MA—With only one bidder for the old middle school on Main Street, a developer has reportedly proposed to buy it and turn it into a commercial building or senior living.
Lobisser Building Corp., run by Milford resident Kevin Lobisser, submitted a bid of $115,000 and plans to the town to redevelop the 70,000 square foot Middle School East, reports the Worcester Business Journal.
The building was constructed in 1918, and was assessed at $3.8 million.
