Milford Developer Proposes 162 Rental Units Off Birch Street
At least 41 of the units would be classified as affordable housing.

MILFORD, MA—A public hearing is being held as part of the Milford Zoning Board of Appeals for a proposed rental apartment development on Birch Street called Birch Street Place.
The Zoning Board of Appeals meeting takes place on May 10 at 7 p.m. in Milford's Upper Town Hall.
Per the schedule, the hearing on Birch Street Place takes place at 7:15 p.m., at which an application from 88 Corp. whose president is Kevin Lobisser of Milford applies for a Comprehensive Permit in relation roughly 20 acres for a parcel of land off Birch Street. Lobisser proposes to develop a 162 rental unit apartment development on the site with not less than 41 of the units to be restricted as affordable for low-moderate income persons.
