The original list price was $435,900, according to Zillow.com. In 2008, the house was sold for $425,000.
The house features several luxury features, including three Palladium windows, a heated garage, an intercom system, French doors and a fenced in yard and garden. It is located in the Highlands, a development of multiple cul-de-sacs, according to the listing.
The house was built in 1995 and has 2,448 square-feet.
