This well-kept Colonial home at 69 Grove St., with two bedrooms and one bathroom, sold on Oct. 31 for $180,000, according to Zillow.com.
The house was built in 1880. It is small, 874 square-feet, with a 5,662-square-foot lot. The house includes a spacious eat-in kitchen with newer appliances, a paver patio out back, hardwood floors, a new gas heating system and a completely renovated bathroom.
The house was listed for $179,900 on Sept. 11.
