Village Mortgage Hires Michael Shain

Michael Shain, a 25-year veteran of the mortgage/banking industry, joins Village Mortgage as a Senior Mortgage Loan Originator in Milford.

A recent press release indicated that the Milford branch, previously AllMass Mortgage, is Village Mortgage’s 6th branch, which opened earlier this year.

As a Senior Mortgage Loan Originator, Shain’s responsibilities include contributing to the success of the branch and providing guidance and walking first time homebuyers through the mortgage process.

An active member in the Milford community, Shain is the Founder and President of “Thanks To Yanks”, a non-profit organization designed to support military families, troops past and present and features an annual tribute dinner on 9/11. He also is an Organizer of the Milford Annual Pumpkin Stroll and organizes and sponsors multiple Children’s Hospital Blood Drives.

“I offer a full complement of mortgage products to meet the needs of those in Milford and surrounding towns,” says Shain. “I do mortgages for purchases and for refinancing of your existing mortgage.”

Shain has also sponsored first-time homebuyer classes in Milford and Franklin. “Working with first-time homebuyers is very special to me,” he adds.
