A total of 301 BC High graduates celebrated their success at a ceremony held at McCoy Field last Saturday.

MILTON, MA — Thirty-one Milton residents graduated from Boston College High School Saturday, marking the end of an academic year full of challenges and the beginning of a new normal for 2021 high school graduates.
A total of 301 BC High graduates and over 2,000 school community members celebrated the milestone at a socially-distanced ceremony held at McCoy Field. According to a news release from the school, the class of 2021 has been accepted to over 200 colleges and universities nationwide, with 114 graduates attending college in Massachusetts next year.
“Our school will be forever inspired by the dedication and fortitude of the class of 2021,” said Grace Cotter Regan, President of BC High. “Their leadership, maturity, and tenacity served as an example to younger students and provided a foundation for our faculty and staff to address the challenges of this past year with incredible success.

"It is my great honor to congratulate these young men as they set off on the next chapter of their lives, now as alumni," she continued. "Even as they leave Morrissey Boulevard, their spirit remains inseparable from our community.”
Despite the difficulties that arose from the COVID-19 pandemic, BC High was able to provide in-person learning throughout the academic year, initially utilizing a hybrid model and welcoming all 1,400 students back to full-time in-person learning in April, and this year's seniors were able to overcome unprecedented challenges.
