MILTON, MA — The NBA season may be on hold due to the coronavirus health crisis. But the Boston Celtics are still honoring New England residents making a difference in the fight against the virus during their "Heroes Among Us" campaign.

The Celtics this week honored Dr. Gregg Miller, a radiologist at the Boston Medical Center's Radiology Department, and his son, Julian, for their commitment to volunteering to help the community during the pandemic.

Dr. Miller is a radiologist who has worked long hours with daily medical services at the Boston Convention Center's 1,000-bed emergency relief site. Julian, a senior at Xaverian Brothers High School of Westwood, decided to help out the operation as part of his Christian Senior Service project.
