All information you submit is confidential and used as required by the state to register you for a COVID test.

If you prefer you can register when you get your test but this may cause wait times to be longer.

PLEASE NOTE: Pre-registration would be helpful to the on-site testing team to lower wait times for everybody.

Registration is NOT Required, and your pre-registration does not mean that your wait time will be less.
