How Many Millionaires Live in Milton?

A new report analyzing the amount of millionaires in Massachusetts shows the vast majority reside west of Boston.

The Boston Globe has released a new report on where millionaires, stating that the majority are in 15 communities west of Boston.

The Globe numbers from the Department of Revenue to compile its list. Note that 2012 is the latest tax return list that is available.

Boston topped the list, with 1,698 millionaires followed by Newton (1,136), Wellesley (767), Weston (529), Brookline (442), and Lexington (379).

How many millionaires live in Milton? Milton had 121 millionaires in 2012, that’s 4.48 per 1,000 residents.
