Love,envy, betrayal,death and the beautiful gift of friendship are all powerful and teachable moments expressed in the Lion King Jr.

The students of the St. Mary of the Hills Drama Club under the direction of teacher Alexia Etienne, brought to life the loveable and some not- so loveable characters of Simba,Mufasa Scar,Timon,Nalla and all the other animals of Prideland.

Even before the doors opened at 6:30 p.m , family and friends had gathered in the lobby at Fontbonne in eager anticipation.

The story of the young lion who would be King,celebrates 20 years since it debuted thrilling fans all across the country.

With songs like Circle of Life and I just can't wait to be King,the audience could not help but join in singing the chart topping hits.
