Milton To Hold Virtual Memorial Day Observance Event
Milton will broadcast a Memorial Day cemetary observance event on May 25 at 10 a.m.
MILTON, MA — The Milton American Legion Post 114 and the town, will conduct a Memorial Day cemetery remembrance to honor deceased veterans who served their country on May 25 at 10 a.m. Because of the new coronavirus health emergency, this will not be a public event, but will be broadcast on Milton Access TV.
Post 114 Director of Veterans Services Kevin J. Cook and the town announced that the program was finalized on Thursday.
The broadcast of the program is intended to allow residents to watch it safely from home.
