Milton HS XC Star Named Boston Globe D2 Runner of the Year
Another runner was also named to the All-Scholastic team.

MILTON, MA — After a successful fall campaign, some members of the Milton High School girls cross country team is getting more recognition.
This week, the Boston Globe announced that Bridget Mitchell was named the Division 2 Runner of the Year and Colette O’Leary was named to the All-Scholastic team.
Mitchell helped lead the Wildcats to a state title with a first place finish at the All-State Division 2 meet. She also finished first at the Twilight Meet and Bay State Invitational Kevin Maloney race.

O'Leary finished eighth at the EMass Division 4 meet and 19th at the All-State Division 2 meet. She’ll attend UMass-Amherst next year.
