Milton Music Festival, Celtic Sunday 2017 Guide: Schedule Of Acts, Parking, And More

MILTON, MA – Next weekend the Milton Music Festival and Celtic Sunday will roll into town for two days of music, games and fun. Sit and enjoy the view of Boston from Governor Hutchinson's Field on Adams Street and take in the live music, play nine-hole mini golf, enjoy the sandbox with your kids and more.

Volleyball and corn hole will be offered, as well as a giant inflatable slide, surprise characters and free air brush tattoos for kids. Beer, wine and a variety of food will be available for purchase. The event and parking are free, with continuous shuttles to and from the field. Saturday's festival ends with a fireworks display.

The Milton Music Festival will begin Saturday, June 24 at 3 p.m. Here's who will be performing:

Governor Hutchinson's Field is located at 184-224 Adams Street.

Shuttle Parking Saturday

• Fontbonne Academy / Labouré Parking lots
• 303 Adams St, Milton, MA
• Shuttles will run from the Labouré / Fontbonne parking lots to the corner of Churchills and Adams as well as Hutchinson's St. and Adams St beginning at 3:30pm.
• The shuttles will stop prior to the fireworks and then will start running immediately following the fireworks with pickup at the same places.
• Wheelchair coaches available

Shuttle Parking Sunday

• Fontbonne Academy / Labouré Parking lots
• 303 Adams St, Milton, MAShuttles will run from the Labouré / Fontbonne parking lots to the corner of Churchills and Adams as well as Hutchinson's St. and Adams St beginning 12:30 pm running continuously on Sunday until 8 pm.
• Wharf St. - Lower Mills
• On Sunday there will be additional shuttle service that runs from Wharf St. starting at 12:30 pm running continuously until 8 pm
• Wheelchair coaches available

Other Parking Lots/Areas

• (either day)
• (no shuttle service Saturday, shuttle available at Wharf St on Sunday)
• Extra Space Storage Lot - 2 Adams St.
• Milton Village Business district - People attending can utilize any public on street parking on Adams in Milton Village.

Parking restrictions for this event

• Adams St. will be closed to all traffic except local residents (Adams/Forbes/Dudley Milton Hill Rd.) at 3:30 pm on Saturday, June 25th and 12:30 Sunday afternoon June 26th. We are asking all residents on that side of Milton Hill to use Dudley and Churchill's for access in and out on Saturday.
• If any resident of Milton Hill is planning to have a social event at their home Saturday we ask them to have the visitors come by 4:30 pm.

On-Street Parking Saturday Restrictions

• Adams St. - Parking will be allowed on the Fontbonne Academy side of Adams St. from Churchill's Ln to Fr. Carney Drive. The opposite side (Hutchinson field) of Adams will be posted "No parking" for this event.
• Randolph Ave. - Public Parking will be allowed from St. Michael's Church to Adams St. on the "Church side" of Randolph Ave only. The opposite side will be posted "No parking".
• Canton Ave- From Randolph St to Morton Rd. - No parking either side
• Churchill's Lane - No parking either side
• Hutchinson's St. - No parking either side
