Person Shot In Hyde Park On Milton Line

MILTON, MA — A person was shot in Hyde Park on the Milton line Thursday afternoon and is suffering from non-life-threatening injuries, reported Boston 25 News.

Police say the shooting happened at approximately 3 p.m. on Beacon St. The victim was found on Metropolitan Ave. and rushed to the hospital.

The shooting comes one day after Boston police arrested Michael Randolph, 31, of Hyde Park, on multiple firearm possession charges following a traffic stop in the area of Metropolitan Avenue and Brush Hill Road.

Police have not indicated whether the incidents are related or if any arrests have been made in connection with the shooting.
