Transit Police Charge 2 Men For Assault On Van Driver In Milton
Police said the men attempted to pull the driver, over 60 years old, out of the van.
MILTON, MA — MBTA Transit Police said two men were charged with assault and battery on a man over 60 years old after the men are suspected of assaulting a MBTA passenger van driver on June 25.
Milton police said they were called to the scene on Brook Road for an assault and battery. The victim said the man assaulted him, attempting to pull him out of the van, and then fled prior to police arrival.
A police investigation identified the men and Milton police filed criminal complaint applications at Quincy District Court.
