Lawrence Woman Killed In Crash Identified As Gabriela Hernandez
The 24-year-old woman was pronounced dead following a two-car crash Thursday. The 20-year-old driver in her car is in critical condition
LAWRENCE, MA — The woman killed in Thursday's crash was Gabriela Hernandez, 24 of Lawrence, the Essex District Attorney's Office said Friday.
Hernandez was a passenger in a two-car crash early Thursday morning.
The driver of the car, a 20-year-old Lawrence woman, was seriously injured and was flown to a Boston hospital where she is in critical condition.

The two women were in a black 2011 Honda Civic on Winthrop Avenue when their car hit a gray 2006 Acura on South Union Street.
The three occupants of the Acura were a 31-year-old Lawrence man, a 29-year-old Lawrence man and a 29-year-old Methuen man. They were treated at Lawrence General Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The district attorney's office and Lawrence and state police are still investigating the crash. No charges have been filed.
