Major Intersection Closed In North Andover
Avoid the intersection of Elm, High and Water Streets if at all possible Thursday.
NORTH ANDOVER, MA -- Crews are working to resurface the intersection of Elm, High and Water Streets on Thursday. The intersection is closed, according to North Andover Police. Police are asking drivers to use Prescott Street off of Route 125 to access the High Street Mills and all neighborhoods off of High Street to Sutton Street.
