Merrimack Valley Conference Boys Lacrosse Winners

NORTH ANDOVER, MA -- Many area boys lacrosse players were named to the All Merrimack Valley Conference team.

The big winner at the Merrimack Valley Conference awards, as eight Warrior players were named All-Conference, including senior attacker Brendan Croston, who was named large division Player of the Year, the Eagle- Tribune reports.

Croston was joined on the All-MVC team by teammates Chris Carver, Michael Biddle, Thomas Haut, Ryan Puglisi, Thomas Mapstone, Nick Penta and Bret Miller, and coach Wayne Puglisi was also honored as large division Coach of the Year.

Other locals named to the All-MVC team included North Andover’s Steve Canale, Mike Roche and Ryan Slattery, Central Catholic’s Max Faro and Dan Donahue, and Haverhill’s Troy Sliney.
