MMEA NE District Senior Festival Auditions Held at NAHS

Representing 95 communities, 1140 students auditioned at the North Andover High School on November 18th for inclusion in the 2019 Massachusetts Music Educators' Association Northeastern District Senior Festival.

The following North Andover High School students were selected to perform in the MMEA Senior Festival Concert which will be held on January 12th at the Galvin Middle School in Wakefield, MA. Additionally, several students earning high scores received a recommendation to further audition on January 26th for the MMEA All-State Conference:

Chorus:

Eros Canetti – Tenor

Owen Ferguson – Bass, *All-State Recommendation

Courtney Francoeur – Alto, *All-State Recommendation

Carly Fraser – Alto, *All-State Recommendation

Isaac Gliklich – Bass, *All- State Recommendation

Francis Hearst, Bass, *All-State Recommendation

Liam Ross – Bass

Orchestra:

Caleb Ginsburg – Violin

Concert Band:

Joseph Huggins – Trombone

Katherine Kooken – Alto Saxophone

Percussion Ensemble:

Evelyn Wang – Mallets
