No Injuries In Lawrence Apartment Building Fire

LAWRENCE, MA — Sixteen people were displaced but no one was injured when an apartment building went up in flames in Lawrence Thursday night.

The fire in a Shawsheen Court building was reported around 8 p.m. Thursday, according to multiple reports.

At least ten area departments including Andover and North Andover firefighters were called in to help battle the blaze, according to a post shared by the Lawrence Fire Department.

Eight families were displaced from their homes by the blaze, the Eagle-Tribune reported.
