North Andover Fourth Of July Road Race

NORTH ANDOVER-- On July 4, North Andover will host a USATF sanctified 5K and 10K open to walkers and runners, according to the town website.

The races will start at 8 a.m. at Massachusetts Avenue near the town common and end at the same location. Click here for a map. Participants should be at the course two hours ahead of time, according to the race's website.

There is a registration fee for those participating; it will be $30 before July 3 and $40 July 3 and 4. For children age 12 and under, it is $20 before July 3 and $25 on July 3 and 4. There will be no fee for the Kids Fun Run. Registration is available online, at the number pickup and on race day.

At the race there will be:

Entertainment, Refreshments, T-shirts for first 800 5K and 10K entries and Kids Fun Run t-shirts.

Awards:

Top three male & female in the 5K and 10K races

Top male and female in each age group: 

13 & under 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 

50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80
