North Andover Police Arrest Two For Allegedly Stealing From Construction Site
The police were alerted to the alleged theft by a local citizen.

A Good Samaritan and two alert North Andover Police Officers thwarted two alleged would-be thieves whom police said attempted to steal over $1,000 worth of construction equipment on Thursday morning in North Andover.
Michael Brodeur, 39, of Lowell and Steven Andrande, 37, of Tyngsboro were arrested on Mass. Ave. in North Andover for receiving stolen property, motor vehicle offenses and an outstanding warrant after they were seen by a local citizen allegedly stealing construction equipment from a site on Great Pond Rd. The two then attempted to make their escape along Mass. Ave., which was being heavily patrolled by police at the time.
North Andover Police Officers William Enright and William Brush were conducting traffic enforcement when they were alerted to the incident.
