The district was due to return to hybrid learning Monday, but postponed the move due to rising case counts.

NORTH ANDOVER, MA — North Andover Public Schools remained remote Monday, postponing a return to hybrid learning by a week in the face of rising case counts.

The district switched to remote learning Dec. 21, ahead of the winter break. Classes were due to return under the hybrid model Monday, but district officials announced Saturday that they would wait another week.

In-person classes are due to resume Jan. 11.
