North Andover Town Election Update: 12 Candidates Take Out Papers
This is the last week to take out papers for the March 30 town election.

NORTH ANDOVER, MA — Twelve candidates have taken out papers to run for office in the March 30 town election, according to the town clerk's office.
Friday is the last day papers are available. They are due back to the town clerk's office by Feb. 9.
Candidates who have so far taken out papers include incumbent Selectman Richard Vaillancourt and incumbent School Committee Member Andrew McDevitt, but both bodies have two seats open for election.

Incumbents Phil DeCologero and David Torrisi have not taken out papers to run for re-election to the Select Board and School Committee, respectively.
The following candidates have taken out papers. Incumbents are marked with an asterisk:
