NORTH ANDOVER - As the winds blew and the snow flew on Tuesday afternoon, North Andover had more than 3,300 properties without power, according to the Massachusetts Emergency Management Agency.
MEMA reports on its outage map that as of just before 5 p.m. about 27 percent of the town or 3,339 homes and businesses were without power.
