Red Sox Draft North Andover High School's Star Pitcher

NORTH ANDOVER, MA — The Boston Red Sox selected North Andover High School senior Sebastian Keane Wednesday in the 11th round of the Major League Baseball First-Year Player Draft. Keane, a left handed pitcher, was selected 347th overall.

Keane, who has committed to Northeastern University, was named Merrimack Valley Conference MVP after finishing the season with a 9-1 record and a 0.27 ERA, according to the Boston Globe.
