U-10 Lawrence Hurricanes Fall In Pop Warner Super Bowl Final
The Palmetto, Fla. Raiders won 31-0 against the Lawrence team.

LAWRENCE, MA — The U-10 Lawrence Hurricanes's championship run ended with a loss in the Pop Warner Super Bowl final Saturday. They lost 31-0 to the Palmetto, Fla. Raiders in the finals Saturday. The Hurricanes had previously cruised, beating the Proviso Township, Ill. Bills 32-6 in the semi-finals and their quarter-finals opponent Woodbridge, N.J. North Broncos 33-0.
The Pop Warner Super Bowl, which takes place in Disney World, is in its 63rd year. There are a variety of divisions--two divisions across the Jr. Pee Wee, Pee Wee and Jr. Varsity age/weight ranges, and the U10, U12 and U14 age divisions. The Hurricanes play in the U-10 division, for nine- and ten-year-olds.
