
Weather-wise, we're off to a cold start this week, with temperatures expected to be in the 40s Monday and Tuesday. But then it could be in the 60s by Wednesday, with rain midweek.
The Board of Selectmen will meet Monday at 7 p.m. at Town Hall. Plans for Veterans Day and winter parking will be discussed, among other things.
The School Committee will meet Thursday at 7 p.m. at Town Hall. School Improvement Plan and Capital Improvement Plan will be discussed, among other things.
Also on Thursday, Flamenco Vivo will perform at 7:30 p.m. at the Rogers Center for the Performing Arts at Merrimack College. In celebration of its 30th anniversary, the company will feature an all-star cast of Spanish dancers and musicians in newly created pieces and reconstruct an early work by co-founder Roberto Lorca, Luz y Sombra.
On Saturday night, Crossroads Coffeehouse will present the Girls' Night Out Quartet Rock Band at 8 p.m. at 3 Great Pond Road. Girls’ Night Out Quartet is made up of four of the original seven members of the Boston-based band formerly known as Girls ‘Night Out, popular in the 1980’s.
