Fallen Tree Blocks Passage on Dean Street

Since before sun rise today (Oct 30), fire trucks, police cars, ambulances or any vehicle cannot make passage on Dean Street in Norton due to a fallen tree across the road. We are all fully aware that many do not have electrical power (like myself) and that many trees are down elsewhere but can we please have this tree be fully or partial removed for public safety reason so that emergency vehicles have an opening to travel.
