"With Rick Dorney’s win at the spring town election, we now have an opening on the Norton Finance Committee and it is my responsibility to appoint someone to that role.
The Finance Committee plays an important part in Norton’s town government. It serves as a fiscal watchdog, makes important recommendations to the town on Town Meeting articles, and administers funds related to funding the town's operation.

A strong financial background is not necessary to serve on the committee; just a willingness to work with other Norton residents for the best governance of the town.
If you are interested, please feel free to contact me at WEykel@nortonmaus.com. You’re welcome to send a resume or just a note indicating your interest. I will hold Zoom interviews over the next few weeks with all the interested parties. This is a great opportunity to participate and contribute to our town."
Walter Eykel, Norton Town Moderator.
