1.Krisanthi Pappas to perform at EPOCH of Norton -
Musician Krisanthi Pappas will perform at EPOCH Assisted Living of Norton on Friday, Aug. 2 at 3 p.m. Pappas has an impressive array of musical talents: she’s a pianist, drummer, composer and singer. Those who enjoy pop, cabaret or jazz will have fun at Pappas’ show. She’s shared the stage with jazz greats including Branford Marsalis, Chuck Mangione, The Yellowjackets and others. This performance is free and open to the public.
2. There will be country line dancing at the Country Bone in Raynham tonight. Held every first and third Friday. Joe Steele is the regular first Friday DJ and Felicia Dobie is the regular third Friday DJ. Admission includes Poland Springs water. Cash bar available. A lesson is held at 7:30 p.m.
3. Trinity in Norton will be hosting musician Rick Demers tonight from 6:30-9:30 p.m. DJ Spirino will spin tunes until close after that.
