NHS Track & Field team have impressive opener

The girls track & field team had their first meet this weekend in Boston and beat Dover Sherborn while the boys team lost by just two points. Paul Wisnaskas, (took first place in High jump and 55 hurdles) Corey Stalters (55 hurdles), Austin Carroll and Bella Pietrasiewicz (2 mile) qualified for the Divisional State Meet already with their times. Other first place finishers were Sean Wynne in the 600m, Michaela Whiteside in shot put, Kylie Dion in 600m, Meg Cross 1000m ,Hannah Delea 1 mile and Peter Rivard 55m.

Their first home meet is on Thursday at 5:30 at the Wheaton College Indoor Track Facility open to the public.
