Norton Home Sales Up in March, Up Statewide

New data from the Warren Group shows that home sales in Norton increased last month.

 

Norton saw its home sales increase slightly in March, according to data released by real estate information firm The Warren Group, 

According to the report, there was a increase in March sales in Norton from 10 in 2012 to 11 in 2013. Year to date sales, however, were down from 27 in 2012 to 24 in 2013.

In Massachusetts, 3,214 homes sold in March 2013, slightly down over last year's 3,100 sales.

The median sale price in the state however, was went up 8.37% from $263,000 in March 2012 to $282,500 in March 2013
