Norton Police Sergeant Chosen For Boston Police Gaelic Column
Norton Sgt. Jacob Dennett is one of seven new member of the Boston Police Gaelic Column,

NORTON, MA — The Boston Police Gaelic Column of Pipes and Drums will have a Norton calling after Norton Sgt. John Dennett was chosen to join the historic ensemble. The BPD Gaelic Column plays many important events around the state each year - including Irish festivals, parades and even the occasional Dropkick Murphys concert.
"We are very proud to announce that the Gaelic Column gained seven new members last night!" the BPD Gaelic Column posted on their Facebook page on Tuesday. "All seven passed a grueling audition and having been working tirelessly over the last year or two to earn their Gaelic Column Band Badge! These guys are proof that hard work and dedication pays off.
"Welcome To The Family guys. ... many great times await you!"
