Railroad Crossing Road Work To Start In Norton
Work near Barrowsville Station will begin on Wednesday and require closing the South Worcester Street crossing on Friday.
NORTON, MA — Drivers who travel near Barrowsville Station are asked to find alternate routes this week with work to the crossings scheduled to begin on Wednesday.
The work on South Worcester Street is scheduled to run between Wednesday and Saturday with the crossing closed on Friday through about 8 p.m. on Saturday. All traffic, including emergency vehicles, will be re-routed during that time.
Next week, John Scott Boulevard will be closed on July 31 and Aug. 1 due to repairs to the asphalt.
