5 Things to Know: Build Your Own Mosaic Piece, Senior Bus Trip and More

Today's Weather: Today there will be a chance of showers, with thunderstorms after 2 p.m.  Otherwise, cloudy, with a high near 72.  For tonight, showers are possible after 10 p.m.  Otherwise, cloudy, with a low around 50, according to The National Weather Service.

1. Gillooly Funeral Home, 126 Walpole St. in Norwood, is inviting seniors to a Free Senior Bus Trip to Wrentham Village Premium Outlets at 9 a.m.  All participants will receive a VIP coupon book to use for the day and one lucky senior will win a free lunch voucher.

2. There will be an Adult Cross Training class at 111 Morgan Dr. in Norwood at 10:30 a.m.  The class costs $17 to join.

3. Norwood Hospital, 800 Washington St. in Norwood, will have their Senior Supper Program at 4:45 p.m.  The dinner costs $5.50.

4. There will be a Mosaic Your Own Piece class at 61 Endicott St. in Norwood at 6 p.m.  Students will be asked to bring a wooden or glass piece of their own choosing to mosaic (Suggestions: mirror or picture frame, lazy-susan,vase or  table).  The class costs $90 to join.
