5 Things to Know: June 3, Wellness Tour, Medifast and More

Today's Weather: Today will rain with a high near 76.  For tonight, more rain with a low around 50, according to The National Weather Service.

1. There will be an Adult Cross Training program at 111 Morgan Dr. in Norwood.  The program starts at 10:30 a.m. and costs $17 to join.

2. There will be a free Continue Wellness Tour Featuring Mary Richardson at the Norwood Senior Center, 275 Prospect St. in Norwood.  The program starts at 1:30 p.m.

3. New Horizon Health and Wellness, 38 Vanderbilt Ave. in Norwood, will have  a free Medifast event at 3 p.m.

4. Norwood Hospital, 800 Washington St. in Norwood, will have their Senior Supper Program at 4:45 p.m.  The dinner costs $5.50.
