Breakstone, White & Gluck Donates Kids Helmets to Norwood Police
Boston Lawyers Donate 100 Bicycle Helmets for Norwood Police Bike Safety Event

Breakstone, White & Gluck, a Boston personal injury law firm, recently donated 100 children’s bicycle helmets to the Norwood Police Department. Officers will now distribute and fit helmets for local children at a bike safety event in May. Attorney David W. White delivered the donation to Norwood Police Chief William G. Brooks on April 23, 2019.
Breakstone, White & Gluck donated the helmets as part of its Project KidSafe campaign, which has given away more than 25,000 youth helmets across Massachusetts since 2013. This marks Breakstone, White & Gluck’s fifth bike safety donation to the Norwood Police Department.
In Massachusetts, children who are 16 years old and younger are required to wear bicycle helmets to protect against head injuries. Breakstone, White & Gluck began its Project KidSafe campaign because despite the law, many parents struggle to purchase and fit helmets for their children.
