1. The T.O.N.Y. Awards Committee in Norwood is looking for nominations for the Ten Outstanding Norwood Youth awards for 2012. The program is open to any 10-12 grade high school student who lives in Norwood. Nomination forms are sent to local schools as well as made available to the public at the Norwood Library and Civic Center. Any person over the age of 21 can nominate a student for the award. Nominations can be emailed to Norwood.TONY.Awards@gmail.com, or mailed to the address designated on the form. All forms are due by Oct. 31.

2. Head to the First Annual Fall Festival at the Oldham School on Enjoy games, crafts, food, a rock climbing wall, a moonwalk, and much more. You can also stop by to pick up your mums and pumpkins for the Fall season.

3. The Dedham Community Theater is celebrating David Lynch with a late night showing of his film "Eraserhead," starring Jack Nance, tonight. Showtime is 11:15 p.m., tickets are only $6.

4. This Saturday, Sept. 29 is Fall Recycling Day at the Winter St. Compost Facility, from 8-11 a.m. Check out the town website for more information on what items will be accepted.
