Former Concannon's Village Pub Sold for $1.5 Million

NORWOOD, MA — The former home of Concannon's Village Pub has a new owner.

Real estate firm Colliers International recently announced that the property at 60 Lennox St. has been sold to Marini Management for $1.5 million.

Concannon's Village Pub was a Norwood staple for nearly four decades before closing in 2011.

Earlier this year, plans to turn the property into housing appeared in front of the Zoning Board of Appeals, according to the Norwood Record.
