7-Eleven: Informed to keep chemicals stored in a designated area- away from food packaging.
Prescott Elementary School: Sanitizer concentration in spray bottle is too strong- corrected on-site.

Norwood High School: No violations.
St. Catherine's School Cafeteria: A second milk cooler is not in use. Told to repair/replace cooler in order to hold milk at proper temperature.
Tuesday, May 14
One Stop Market, 914 Washington St.: There were 60 items on display that were passed their code date, a fine was issued.
Callahan Elementary School: No violations.
Wednesday, May 15
Convenience Food Market: Needs to post permits for food and tobacco and advised to stop placing stickers over expiration dates.
Thursday, May 16
Cedar Markets: In the Bakery there were rodent droppings found in the corner of the storage area. The area was cleaned and sanitized. The facility is treated for rodents every two weeks.
